  • Author: David
  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

Crunchy, flavorful, and easy-to-make almond flour crackers that are gluten-free, sugar-free, and perfect for snacking or pairing with dips and cheeses.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: herbs or spices like rosemary, thyme, or smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, sea salt, and garlic powder. Stir in the egg and olive oil until a dough forms.
  3. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8-inch thickness.
  4. Use a pizza cutter or knife to slice the dough into squares, rectangles, or desired shapes.
  5. Carefully transfer the cut crackers onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the crackers cool completely. They will crisp up as they cool.

Notes

Chill the dough in the fridge for 10-15 minutes if it feels sticky. Experiment with flavors by adding herbs, spices, or seeds to the dough.
