Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional: herbs or spices like rosemary, thyme, or smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, sea salt, and garlic powder. Stir in the egg and olive oil until a dough forms.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Use a pizza cutter or knife to slice the dough into squares, rectangles, or desired shapes.
- Carefully transfer the cut crackers onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let the crackers cool completely. They will crisp up as they cool.
Notes
Chill the dough in the fridge for 10-15 minutes if it feels sticky. Experiment with flavors by adding herbs, spices, or seeds to the dough.
