Description

These Amazing Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars are the perfect dessert treat to satisfy your cravings for that classic cinnamon roll flavor—without all the rolling and waiting! They’re easy to make, beginner-friendly, and ideal for sharing or indulging.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 cups (300g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (230g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup (150g) brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 4 ounces (115g) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together 1 cup butter and 1 cup granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add 2 eggs, one at a time, and mix until fully incorporated. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined—don’t overmix.
  4. In a small bowl, combine 3/4 cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon to prepare the filling.
  5. Spread half of the dough into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the dough. Gently spread the remaining dough on top—it’s okay if it’s a bit uneven.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Let the bars cool completely before glazing.
  7. To make the glaze, beat together 4 ounces cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth.
  8. Spread the glaze generously over the cooled bars. Slice and serve.

Notes

Make sure your butter, cream cheese, and eggs are at room temperature for easier mixing. Don’t overmix the dough to avoid dense bars. Let the bars cool completely before glazing to prevent the glaze from melting.
