Description
Gooey melted cheese, zesty pepperoni, and warm pizza sauce wrapped in golden, flaky dough—perfect for dipping, sharing, and savoring.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- Pepperoni slices
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and flatten slightly with a rolling pin if needed.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top, followed by pepperoni slices and Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the filling.
- Carefully roll the dough into a log, pinching the seams closed to prevent filling from spilling out.
- Slice the roll into equal pieces (about 1 inch thick) and place them on the prepared baking sheet, cut-side down.
- Brush the tops of the roll-ups with melted butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Keep crescent roll dough chilled until ready to use for easier handling. Avoid overfilling to prevent bursting during baking.
