Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes (optional)
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Using a serrated knife, slice the rolls horizontally to create a top and bottom layer. Place the bottom layer in the baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom layer of rolls. Place the top layer back on.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley flakes, then brush it generously over the top of the rolls.
- Cover the rolls with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
- Let the rolls cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Pull apart and enjoy!
Notes
Let the rolls rest for a few minutes after baking to enhance the flavors. Customize the seasoning by adding smoked paprika or Italian seasoning to the butter.
