Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
- 1/2 cup cachaça (or vodka as substitute)
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- Crushed ice
- Toasted shredded coconut for garnish (optional)
- Lime wedge for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add the coconut milk, cream of coconut, cachaça (or vodka), and sweetened condensed milk to a blender.
- Add a generous handful of crushed ice to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
- Taste and adjust as needed – add a pinch of salt if too sweet or a splash more coconut milk if too thick.
- Pour into chilled glasses.

Notes
Cachaça is a Brazilian sugarcane spirit that gives this drink its authentic flavor, but vodka works well as a substitute if you can’t find it. For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the spirits and add a bit more coconut milk.
