Description

These crispy roasted cauliflower bites are crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with herb seasoning for a flavorful snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: freshly grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Wash and dry the cauliflower, then cut it into bite-sized florets. Try to keep them uniform for even cooking.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, dried parsley, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Avoid overcrowding.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. The cauliflower should be golden brown and crisp on the edges.
  6. If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan over the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm for the best texture!

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for 1-2 minutes at the end of roasting. Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet to ensure even roasting.
