Description
These crispy roasted cauliflower bites are crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with herb seasoning for a flavorful snack or side dish.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: freshly grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Wash and dry the cauliflower, then cut it into bite-sized florets. Try to keep them uniform for even cooking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, dried parsley, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Avoid overcrowding.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. The cauliflower should be golden brown and crisp on the edges.
- If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan over the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm for the best texture!
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for 1-2 minutes at the end of roasting. Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet to ensure even roasting.
