- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Worcestershire sauce
- For the Cheesy Rigatoni:
- 12 oz (340g) rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon (15g) butter
- 1/4 teaspoon (1g) ground nutmeg (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Season steak tips with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Sear steak tips for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, lower heat to medium. Melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then add Worcestershire sauce.
- Return steak tips to skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter. Keep warm.
- Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions (about 10-12 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, whisking to combine.
- Gradually add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until melted and smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg if using.
- Toss cooked rigatoni with cheese sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve cheesy rigatoni alongside garlic butter steak tips. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives.

Don’t overcrowd the pan when searing steak—work in batches if needed. Keep heat low when making cheese sauce to prevent curdling. Stir constantly for smooth texture. If garlic butter gets too thick, add a splash of broth to loosen it up.
