Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 pieces biscuit dough
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional: 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Optional: Paprika or chili powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as you go. Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes and remove from heat.
- Transfer the beef to a bowl and mix in shredded cheddar cheese. Let the mixture cool slightly.
- Separate your biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dough piece. Pinch the edges together to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, grated parmesan, and garlic powder.
- Use a pastry brush to coat each bomb with the butter mixture. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let them cool for a couple of minutes, then serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Seal the dough edges tightly to prevent leaking. Avoid overfilling the dough. Use cold dough for easier handling. Turn the tray halfway through baking for even browning.
