Indulgent S’mores Brownie Bars combine fudgy chocolate brownies with graham cracker crust, topped with gooey toasted marshmallows. A campfire classic reimagined for your kitchen!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ cups (200g) graham crackers, crushed
- ½ cup (115g) butter, melted
- 1 box brownie mix (or 2 cups homemade brownie batter)
- ¼ cup (60ml) melted chocolate (optional, for extra richness)
- 2 cups (100g) mini marshmallows
- 1 cup (175g) chocolate chips (semi-sweet and milk chocolate mix)
- Optional: sea salt, nuts, or caramel drizzle for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan to form an even crust.
- Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions (or use homemade recipe). Add extra melted chocolate if desired.
- Pour brownie batter over graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the brownie batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Remove from oven and immediately top with mini marshmallows.
- Switch oven to broil. Return bars to oven for 1-2 minutes, watching closely until marshmallows are golden.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares (about 1 hour).
- Use a sprayed knife for clean cuts through the marshmallow layer.
Notes
For best results, let bars cool completely before cutting. Store covered at room temperature for 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
