Scale
- 2 large oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1 green apple, diced
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped

- Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds over the mixed fruits for a festive touch.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lemon juice until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the fruits and gently toss to coat evenly. Be careful not to overmix, as you don’t want to bruise the fruits.
- Chop the fresh mint leaves finely and sprinkle them over the salad. Give it one last gentle toss.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together. Serve chilled in a festive bowl.
