Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels (about 8 cups popped)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice blend (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Pop the popcorn: Measure 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels and pop them using your preferred method—air popper, stovetop, or microwave. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
- Melt the butter: In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over low heat. Remove from heat once melted.
- Mix the seasoning: Add brown sugar, pumpkin spice blend, salt, and vanilla extract to the melted butter. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
