Ingredients
- Good-quality semi-sweet chocolate chips or chocolate bars
- Salted caramel sauce
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Powdered sugar
- Mini marshmallows
- Sea salt
- Optional add-ins: crushed toffee bits, sprinkles, or edible glitter
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
- Using a pastry brush or spoon, coat the inside of silicone molds with melted chocolate. Chill for 10-15 minutes until set.
- Apply a second layer of melted chocolate to reinforce the structure. Chill again until fully hardened.
- Combine cocoa powder and powdered sugar in a small bowl to prepare the cocoa mix.
- Carefully remove the chocolate shells from the molds. Fill one half with cocoa mix, mini marshmallows, salted caramel sauce, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Warm a plate in the microwave and slightly melt the edge of the empty shell. Press the two halves together to seal.
- Decorate the bombs with melted chocolate drizzle, crushed toffee bits, sprinkles, or edible glitter.
- Store the bombs in an airtight container in a cool, dry place until ready to use.
- To serve, drop a bomb into a mug of hot milk, watch it melt, and stir to combine.
