These No-Bake Key Lime Pie Cheesecake Jars are the perfect summer dessert, combining tangy key lime, creamy cheesecake, and a buttery graham cracker crust. Easy to make and served in individual jars, they’re ideal for picnics, BBQs, or a refreshing treat at home.

  • 1 1/2 cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons (60g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) powdered sugar
  • Lime zest, for garnish
  • Small lime slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs (about 1 1/2 cups or 150g). Mix with 4 tablespoons (60g) of melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand. Divide the mixture evenly among your jars, pressing it down firmly with the back of a spoon.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat 8 ounces (225g) of softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup (120ml) of sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy. Add 1/3 cup (80ml) of key lime juice, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and beat again until fully combined.
  3. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crust in each jar, filling about two-thirds of the way.
  4. Cover the jars with lids or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  5. Just before serving, whip 1/2 cup (120ml) of heavy cream with 1 tablespoon (15g) of powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Spoon or pipe the whipped cream on top of the cheesecake layer.
  6. Sprinkle with lime zest and add a small lime slice for decoration. Serve chilled.

Notes

For the best flavor, let your key limes reach room temperature before juicing. Chill the jars long enough for the flavors to meld together. Add the whipped cream topping just before serving to keep it fresh.
