Description
These irresistible Peanut Butter Banana Pudding Parfaits feature layers of velvety peanut butter pudding, fresh banana slices, and crunchy cookie crumbles for a creamy, sweet, and indulgent dessert.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup (120 g) creamy peanut butter
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 cups (480 ml) milk (whole milk or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 box vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 1 cup crushed cookies or graham crackers
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix, milk, and peanut butter until smooth. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes to set.
- Peel and slice the bananas into thin rounds. Set aside.
- Place cookies or graham crackers in a zip-top bag and crush them into coarse crumbs using a rolling pin or food processor.
- Start layering the parfaits by adding a layer of crushed cookies to the bottom of a glass, followed by a layer of peanut butter pudding and a few banana slices. Repeat the layers until the glass is full, ending with pudding on top.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with extra cookie crumbs or a drizzle of peanut butter for decoration.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to ensure they are perfectly chilled.
Notes
For a professional look, use a piping bag for the pudding layers. Add a squeeze of lemon juice to sliced bananas to prevent browning. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best texture.
