- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly. Slice the strawberries into thin pieces for even layering.
- In a mixing bowl, beat 1 cup of heavy cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until soft peaks form. If using store-bought whipped cream, skip this step.
- Place your parfait glasses or jars on a flat surface. Spoon a layer of granola (if using) at the bottom for a crunchy base.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries, making sure they’re evenly distributed. Follow this with a layer of whipped cream, then a layer of blueberries. Repeat until the glass is filled, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Top with a few whole berries and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for extra flair. Optionally, sprinkle crushed granola on top for added texture.
Notes
For best results, use fresh, seasonal berries. Chill the whipped cream if your kitchen is warm, and assemble the parfaits just before serving for maximum freshness.
