Description
Layers of creamy cheesecake filling, sweet strawberries, and buttery graham cracker crumbs make this no-bake dessert a stunning and delicious treat. Perfect for warm evenings or special occasions.
Ingredients
Scale
- Fresh strawberries (or frozen, thawed and drained)
- 8 oz cream cheese (full-fat or Neufchâtel)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- Optional: Lemon zest, chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them into thin pieces. Reserve a few whole strawberries for garnish, if desired.
- Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or a zip-top bag and rolling pin. Mix the crumbs with melted butter until they resemble wet sand.
- In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream using a spatula.
- Start with a layer of graham cracker crumbs, followed by cheesecake filling, and then a layer of sliced strawberries. Repeat until the glass is full, finishing with strawberries on top.
- Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Serve cold.
Notes
Use chilled cream for whipping to achieve stiff peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake filling to keep it light and fluffy. Make ahead but serve within 24 hours for the best taste.
