- 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and salt, and mix well.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, stirring until fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
Notes
For a crunchier texture, use chunky peanut butter. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
