Description

Decadent, no-bake peanut butter fudge bites that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

 


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and salt, and mix well.
  3. Gradually add the powdered sugar, stirring until fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.

 

Notes

For a crunchier texture, use chunky peanut butter. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
