- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
- Flakey sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your mini muffin pan generously.
- Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until pale and slightly frothy.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and stir until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the flour and a pinch of salt using a spatula until just combined.
- Use a small cookie scoop to portion the batter into the mini muffin pan, filling each cup about ¾ full.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the tops are set and a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Once slightly cooled, spoon a dollop of salted caramel sauce onto each brownie bite.
- Sprinkle a pinch of flakey sea salt on top of each brownie bite.
- Let the brownie bites cool completely before serving.
Notes
Avoid overmixing the batter to maintain a fudgy texture. Use room temperature eggs for better emulsification. If your caramel sauce is too thin, gently heat it to thicken before using.
