Description
Rich, indulgent brownie bites packed with dark, milk, and white chocolate, perfect for parties or satisfying a sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- Dark Chocolate (at least 70% cocoa, e.g., Ghirardelli or Lindt)
- Milk Chocolate (chocolate chips or chopped bar, e.g., Hershey’s)
- White Chocolate (real white chocolate, e.g., Callebaut or Valrhona)
- Unsalted Butter (softened at room temperature)
- Brown Sugar (light or dark)
- Granulated Sugar
- Eggs (room temperature)
- All-Purpose Flour (or 1:1 gluten-free baking mix for gluten-free option)
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (preferably Dutch-processed)
- Vanilla Extract
- Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate together in 30-second intervals, stirring after each. Let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring constantly. Then fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the milk chocolate chips and white chocolate chunks. Do not overmix.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownie bites cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack.
Notes
For gooey centers, err on the side of underbaking. Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor. Room temperature ingredients ensure a smoother batter.
