Instructions
- Crumble the feta cheese into smaller chunks and let the cream cheese soften at room temperature.
- In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper, and blend again to incorporate. If using garlic, add it at this stage.
