- 3/4 cup (180 g) creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup (240 ml) cold heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup (60 g) powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat 1 cup (240 ml) of cold heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine 3/4 cup (180 g) of creamy peanut butter, 1/2 cup (60 g) of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture to lighten it. Then, fold in the remaining whipped cream until fully incorporated. Be careful not to overmix—you want to keep the mousse light and airy!
- Divide the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow it to set and chill.
