Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
- Stir in the peanut butter and egg until fully combined.
- Gradually add the flour, stirring as you go, until the dough is firm and slightly sticky but easy to handle.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Use cookie cutters to create fun shapes or simply cut the dough into squares or circles.
